Highly illustrated non-fiction is a burgeoning area in publishing for children at the moment, having been in decline as it struggles to compete with the internet. Non-fiction publishers are developing ranges of innovative and exciting books imbuing children with knowledge in the most entertaining and engaging of ways.

If you have a brilliant idea, do send in a synopsis, ideas for images and some sample writing along with reasons why you are the person to write the book. Non-fiction does like to work in series, so do feel free to expand your idea into a range of books.
